Because all products and services are personalized, our policies are as follows:

Cancellation of a date held with a deposit will forfeit the deposit.

Print orders must be cancelled, via phone, within 60 minutes of order confirmation, by email or phone.

The maximum refund of a service contract is equal to the amount of the deposit(s). No refunds are issued after the service date (wedding date).
